The deadline for the 2020 U.S. census survey has been extended to Oct. 31, according to a news release from the Census Bureau.
The Census Bureau has extended the deadline to encourage tribal areas, such as American Indians and Alaska Native communities living on reservations, to participate.

Principal & Counselor Series: Empowering Students

Parents, Students, and Staff,

Students will be participating in series designed to help engage, inform, and educate students on the dangers of Drugs, Suicide, and Bullying. Fort Defiance Indian hospital has partnered with Navajo Pine High School and Navajo Middle School in offering these Information series to our Students. The presentation will be October 8, 2020 from 12:30 to 3:30 PM through the Parent, Student, Staff Information Teams to help facilitate the learning experience. The schedule is as follows:

1. Bullying-Savanah- 12:30 to 1:30
2. Drug Awareness-Janet- 1:30 to 2:30
3. Suicide prevention-Dedra- 2:30 to 3:30
